As a damage technician, you are responsible for performing damage and body repairs according to the workshop's routines and quality requirements. You work closely with customer reception, spare parts, and other technicians to ensure efficient flows, correct actions, and that vehicles are returned in a safe and professional manner.

• Perform diagnostics, damage assessments, and body repairs on passenger cars and light commercial vehicles

• Conduct welding, sheet metal work, and alignment according to manufacturer instructions

• Assemble and adjust parts and check functions after repairs

• Collaborate with customer reception to ensure correct work orders and spare parts needs

• Document completed work and time in the system and follow up on quality and safety

• Contribute to efficient processes in the workshop and participate in continuous improvement efforts

• Ensure that workplace and safety routines are followed in all work

We are looking for someone with several years of experience in damage and bodywork in a workshop environment. You are self-driven, quality-conscious, and enjoy varied tasks. As a colleague, you contribute to a positive collaborative climate and have the ability to prioritize under time pressure while maintaining high standards.

• Several years of experience as a damage technician, sheet metal worker, or equivalent in the automotive industry

• Experience in welding, sheet metal work, and body repairs

• Good technical understanding and ability to read drawings and repair instructions

• Experience in documenting work in workshop systems and time reporting

• Structured, quality-conscious, and solution-oriented

• Good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written

• A valid driver's license (B) is required
